The 32ft x 10ft Open Plan Canteen Office is a secure, practical, and versatile portable building designed to provide a comfortable workspace and staff welfare area for construction sites, industrial facilities, commercial premises, schools, and temporary site offices. Manufactured with heavy-duty anti-vandal steel construction, this unit combines security, durability, and functionality for demanding environments.
This part-renewed unit has received an external respray, giving it a clean, professional appearance while maintaining its robust steel structure. The open-plan interior provides flexible space suitable for use as a canteen, office, staff room, welfare unit, meeting room, or site administration office.
The building is equipped with a complete electrical installation, including five double electrical sockets, five sensor-operated LED light fittings, and a consumer unit for convenient power distribution. Four UPVC top-opening windows allow natural daylight and ventilation while external anti-vandal sliding steel shutters provide additional security when the building is not in use.
For year-round comfort, the unit includes two wall-mounted electric heaters, while durable vinyl flooring provides an easy-to-maintain surface suitable for busy working environments. A fitted kitchenette offers practical food preparation and refreshment facilities, and a central steel entrance door with locking keys provides secure access.
