These suites include a shower stall, porcelain sink, and bench seat as well as a heater so you are ready for year-round usage. On the opposite side of this unique shower trailer, you will find a laundry suite with 2 stackable washer/dryers and a folding table.

A special feature of this self-contained unit is the inclusion of a mechanical room that provides easy access to the freshwater tank, utilities, and connections! The 200-gallon fresh water tank and large 1100-gallon split waste tank with city water or garden hose hook-up are found within this portable restroom trailer.

This unit has an LP on-demand hot water heater with (4) 40# propane tanks mounted on the tongue. You will also be pleased to find keypad door locks!

Solar Package option includes (2) 100 Watt Solar Panels, 2 Batteries, Charge Controller and Wiring Harness. The solar option will NOT run A/C units.
