The 40ft x 8ft Converted Shipping Container Office is a modern, insulated workspace designed for construction sites, commercial premises, industrial facilities, agricultural operations, educational environments, and temporary office applications. Built from a durable steel shipping container, this converted office combines security, energy efficiency, and a practical internal layout to provide a comfortable working environment.
The office features full spray foam insulation throughout the walls, ceiling, and floor to help improve thermal performance and maintain a comfortable internal temperature throughout the year. A complete new electrical installation includes two wall-mounted electric heaters, seven double electrical sockets, four LED light panels, a consumer unit, and an external 32-amp commando socket for convenient connection to an external power supply.
The interior is finished with new carpet flooring, creating a comfortable and professional workspace suitable for office furniture, meeting areas, or administrative operations.
Natural light is provided through two white UPVC tilt-and-turn windows, while external steel fan shutters offer additional security and ventilation. A central steel personnel door with locking keys provides secure access, and fully glazed end panels with lockable access doors at both ends allow additional entry points while maximizing daylight inside the office.
Designed for long-term use, this converted shipping container office is suitable for permanent or temporary site accommodation and can be relocated when required.
